So true, a good bartender that doesn't assume that you have the same shitty attitude as the "Why is it taking me so long to get my Cosmo?" chick at the other end of the bar is a rarity. Most of us just want our simple beer or mixed drink and courteous, prompt as possible service so we can go back to our people watching, or on a good night go hit on the girl ordering the Cosmo.
